Anna Katharina Laederach has more than 15 years of experience as an entrepreneur and 20 years of management experience in central functions as HR Director and Head of HR both in the private sector at well-known large companies and in the public sector. In 2005 she founded Leaders Solutions AG, headquartered in Zurich, which focused on HR services such as executive search, coaching and assessment. In January 2022, Meister Executive Search AG took over the Executive Search business line as a successor solution. Anna Katharina Laederach contributes her many years of know-how and extensive network to Meister Executive Search AG as a member of the Board of Directors and is available to her long-standing customers as a sparring partner. Her many years of international experience are based on a broad theoretical foundation. In addition to her mother tongue German, she speaks fluent English and French.
