Bess is a principal in the Finance practice and is based in True’s Haddonfield office. Prior to joining True, Bess spent eight years at Heidrick & Struggles where she focused on C-suite and portfolio management positions for clients within financial services, particularly hedge funds. Prior to executive search, Bess was a macro analyst at Titan Advisors, a New York based fund of funds. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and international business from Georgetown University.
