She started her career with a boutique economics consulting firm, before moving into Executive Search. Louisa founded and ran her own Executive Search firm successfully for many years and has become a leading advisor in her field. Louisa has deep expertise across all areas of strategy, management consulting and finance, where she has successfully worked with a range of professional service firms across Europe and the US.
