Elizabeth brings 10+ years of executive level support in the executive recruiting industry to Ventura Partners. Prior to joining the Ventura team, Elizabeth spent 11 years in Spencer Stuart’s San Francisco office working in the Life Sciences practice ultimately transferring to their Los Angeles office to work alongside Dr. Justin Menkes. Earlier in her career, she spent five years working in Gensler’s Corporate Human Resources Department starting as a generalist and promoting to Corporate Benefits Manager. Elizabeth is also a loving mother of two wonderful children and has no recollection of what she enjoys doing outside of work and kids.
