Hi, I'm Joe! Prior to my career in education recruitment, I spent 3 years teaching Primary Education in a variety of schools across Lancashire. I have a PGCE focussed on Primary Education from Edge Hill University. My experience working as a Teacher has given me a real insight into the education industry and I think this has benefited me since my move into recruitment. I know exactly what it takes to be a successful Teacher and this allows me to find my clients the best talent out there. I love working in recruitment because every day is different and I really thrive in a fast-paced industry. Building strong relationships with clients is a skill of mine and I find it really rewarding to help people find their dream role. Education recruitment is especially rewarding as I’m able to play a small part in shaping a child’s future and providing them with high-quality teaching. My goal at Spencer Clarke Group is to develop an inclusive desk built upon strong relationships and transparency. In my spare time, I love working out at the gym and travelling. Whether it’s a weekend away or a day out exploring, I really appreciate the time I get to unwind and relax!
