I joined Frazer Jones in 2019 as a Lead Consultant for the HR Talent programme with the aim to further develop this part of the Frazer Jones offering. My daily business is bringing together talented HR professionals and attractive employers. Providing benefits to both, my clients and candidates, I always keep an eye out for special talent who are eager to expand and improve their skillset. Additionally, my constant interaction with decision makers empowers me to detect matches and to create opportunities for the right talents in encouraging environments. During my studies of English and German at the University of Bonn, I took an internship at an automotive service provider. I started working in the recruitment department in order to get to know the company. I quickly fell in love with acquiring talented people, managing recruiting processes and consulting with internal and external stakeholders on operational HR topics. I then went on to enhance my skillset at a recruitment agency, where I worked with customers from different industries (life science & healthcare, IT, banking & finance). Finding the right person for the job has been a defining factor during my career and shall remain my focus in the future. Working in international fast-paced environments has enabled me to further my knowledge of cultural circumstances whilst simultaneously broadening my professional horizon. Operating with a high level of flexibility paired with a quick comprehension of ever changing requirements allow me to effectively push projects towards defined goals. The key to all this, however, lies in networking. At the end of the day, my focus lies on developing individual and high quality personnel solutions, which suit every party involved. Without a network of exceptional future talents and forward-looking companies, this would not be possible. I like to spend my leisure time on basketball courts and in bouldering rooms. Additionally, I am into listening to Blues and Classic Rock music and playing my guitar.
