Wendy Bremen

Wendy Bremen is a Principal at JM Search and a member of the firm’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice. She focuses on recruiting key healthcare and life sciences executives for private equity firms and their portfolio companies. Wendy brings over 20 years of experience in professional services spanning retained executive search and consulting.

Prior to JM Search, Wendy was a Principal with Windale Group, a boutique retained executive search firm. Before Windale Group, she advised clients and attracted talent in the consulting industry. She served as Head of Network Development for HighPoint Associates, where she led all recruiting, network and staffing efforts across the company. Wendy also held roles in academia relaunching and leading The Wharton Small Business Development Center, and as a consultant at both EY and as an independent advisor.

Wendy obtained an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of Business and a A.B. degree from Washington University in St. Louis. She currently lives in Lincoln Park, Illinois with her husband, three children, and two dogs. Wendy loves traveling with her family and spending time outdoors skiing, at ranches, and exploring local nature preserves with her dogs.
