Based in Paris, Arnaud works with our global banking and markets clients, as well as our legal, regulatory, and compliance clients. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Arnaud spent a decade in investment banking, most notably as an M&A director at Rothschild & Co, advising large corporates on transformational transactions. In parallel, he was also in charge of recruiting, staffing, and mentoring a team of 80 junior M&A bankers. Arnaud started his career in transaction services at KPMG before going on to hold various roles in M&A advisory at Edmond de Rothschild and Nomura, an international investment banking institution. Arnaud holds a master's degree in engineering from CentraleSupelec.
