Katiuscia started her career in Rome office in 2003, dealing with sales and marketing middle management positions in automotive and services industries. In 2005 she moved to Milan and was promoted to manager of the sales and marketing division, focusing on the automotive/industry/telco-IT sectors. After three years she launched the start-up of the human resources division for HR roles, cross-industries and at the end of 2008, she was also head of retail (fashion/luxury/GD). At the end of 2010, she joined Page Executive focusing on FMCG sectors and on human resources directors.
