James is our Chief Development Officer, he is responsible for the global strategic growth at Mondrian Alpha. He also leads the quantitative search practice, responsible for the origination and delivery of searches within hedge funds across London and New York. Over James’s long tenure in the front office quantitative market, he has developed lasting relationships which are supported by a fundamental understanding of the changing dynamics of the space. This experience is leveraged to identify opportunities and execute mandates on behalf of his clients. Prior to this James built up the front office business for a niche quantitative search firm. He trained at Huxley Associates and worked with Talal (Partner) at Capital Chase.
