Michela leads the Investment Banking and Infrastructure Practices and is a member of the Financial Services Practice. She has a particular focus on building teams within investment banking boutiques as well as advising infrastructure funds. Prior to joining Blackwood, Michela worked at Heidrick & Struggles. She read Modern Languages at Cambridge University.
