Michael Mooney

I've been recruiting data and analytics professionals since 2018, supporting organisations across the UK, Europe and now Australia. An advisor on critical hires across financial services, SaaS, IT consulting and SMEs, I take a highly consultative approach that ensures candidates are both technically aligned and culturally impactful from day one.

Beyond recruitment, market intelligence and strategic insights are part of my relationship with clients, helping shape better, and more informed, hiring decisions. Based in Melbourne, I am a self-confessed petrolhead with a passion for motorsport and car culture. While I'm yet to choose an AFL team, I'm open to influence from colleagues and clients alike.
