Lawren earned a BBA in Marketing with a minor in Political Science from Baylor University. During her time at Baylor, Lawren was an active member of several political organizations, her sorority – Alpha Chi Omega, and Student Government, serving as a study body officer. Following graduation, Lawren joined Thomas Edwards Group in 2016 as a Search Consultant within the Permanent Search Division. Lawren currently serves on several boards and task forces and is involved in her church, the Daughters of the American Revolution, and the Baylor Alumni Network. She enjoys baking, traveling, playing musical instruments, and spending time with her husband, Dominic, and their Labrador retriever, Thatcher.
