Ms. Lonkwitz has over 30 years of experience in industry (DAX group) and international management consulting (McKinsey, EY). Before joining KEYPLAYER, she held several management positions (including as authorized signatory) with personnel responsibility. These included a medium-sized strategy consultancy in the healthcare sector (McKinsey spin-off), where she headed the HR and Operations departments, a Big4 auditing firm as Head of Resource Management DACH, and a well-known international strategy consultancy, where she was primarily responsible for recruiting and personnel development. Her work is characterized by her strong empathy for people, her high degree of precision and quality standards, as well as her strong self-motivation and a lived sense of responsibility.
