Commercial roles are becoming more analytical. That makes this field interesting for candidates from very different backgrounds. Because I made a career switch myself, from account management to recruitment, I am really well able to empathize with candidates and clients. I mainly focus on candidates with a commercial profile, specialized in sales, e-commerce or scale-ups. Mostly they are active within the Consumer, Energy or Manufacturing sector.
