Charlotte is a Senior Consultant based in our London office and Head of Client Relations (Legal). In this role, she leads all commercial partnerships and business development initiatives for our Legal clients across the UK, US, and Europe. Before transitioning to Client Relations, Charlotte was a Legal Headhunter specialising in the European market, where she advised international law firms and companies on strategic hiring. Beyond her professional expertise, Charlotte has a strong academic background, holding a Postgraduate Diploma in Law, a Master’s in Literary Studies, and a Bachelor’s in English from top UK universities. She is also a classically trained pianist and session musician.
