With a background in Executive Search, I am an experienced researcher, with a specialism in talent insights and talent intelligence. I have had overall responsibility for the products and services within a talent research business; ensuring that best practice, innovative methodology is used. I have managed a team of researchers and been responsible for the effective delivery of research projects across a number of industries and specialisms. I have also been involved in developing relationships with clients and managing key accounts. Outside of work I am a Mummy to two boys, an increasingly keen runner and a Wolves fan.
