Gregory Richter is a Partner and Vice President, Retained Search and Advisory Services, leading our In-House Counsel Recruiting and Law Firm Management teams as well as MLA Transform Advisory Services. He also oversees Allegis Partners, a global executive search firm within the family of Allegis Group companies. In this role, Greg is responsible for creating the vision and strategy, as well as developing the infrastructure and brand. He is committed to creating a dynamic environment for talent to realize its full potential. Greg is a passionate advocate for increasing diversity within the legal profession. As such, he is a member of our In-House Diversity & Inclusion Committee, a group of talented recruiters dedicated to attracting, developing and retaining diverse talent for our clients and our own organization. Greg lives in northern New Jersey with his wife, Nicole, and their twin daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, cycling, traveling and spending time with his family at the Jersey Shore.
