This compliments Caldwell’s executive search work in the strategic arena (senior VP to C-suite). Todd works extensively in real estate, consumer packaged goods, hospitality, manufacturing, media, retail, technology, consulting, healthcare and financial services, with a significant focus on finance, human resources, marketing and sales roles. Experience Todd joined Caldwell after leading the global talent acquisition functions for 2 private equity-backed organizations; Vistage International and The Predictive Index. Prior to his career in corporate talent acquisition, he founded Kamus Executive Search, a boutique firm focused on recruiting middle management to mid-cap and enterprise companies.
