In addition to my psychology studies, I work at SDH as a Researcher. I really enjoy being able to put what I learn into practice during my work. My interest lies in understanding what moves people within an organization, and finding the right match between an organization and a candidate. I like to work hard to achieve goals, but I believe that it is important to have a good balance between hard work and a positive, pleasant atmosphere within the team. At SDH, this is certainly central! I am completely in my element within a collaborative team that can challenge and stimulate each other to grow together, I get a lot of strength and pleasure from that.
