Marcela joined Horton International in 1998 as a Principal Consultant of the Olomouc office in the Czech Republic. For more than 10 years she has been working in executive search, managing projects related to human resource management and preparing various training and development programs for managers and specialists. She also applies her previous experience gained from a position as account manager in an advertising agency where she worked with clients while defining marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
