Sophie joined Eric Salmon & Partners in 1999 in the Paris office. She conducts searches and assessments for financial services firms with a focus on private equity, investment, banking, asset management and real estate. She is also involved in C-level searches for international corporations as well as medium-sized family-owned businesses and private equity portfolio companies in the consumer goods, retail and industrial sectors. Sophie is also part of the Board Services Practice, conducting board assessments and board searches for listed, private or private equity backed companies. Prior to joining Eric Salmon & Partners, Sophie worked for 13 years in the banking sector, specialising in leveraged finance and corporate finance for Indosuez, then for HSBC where she was ultimately in charge of structured finance activities for the French market within the European team. Sophie is a French national and graduated from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC).
