Originally from Thunder Bay, Jeff has been a mainstay in the industrial sector for over 30 years. He spent 23 years in the pulp and paper industry working with two of the largest manufacturers, Metso and Voith. Jeff has worked in a variety of areas including Design, Project Management, Technical Sales, People Management, and Manufacturing Management. In 2006, Jeff switched gears and joined a search firm focusing on Industrial Sales, Manufacturing, and Operations.

Jeff joined MSG as a Senior Partner in early 2012. Candidates and clients alike can attest that Jeff has earned an exceptional reputation from his in-depth market knowledge and from having that intangible “trust” factor.
