Over the course of her 15+ year consulting career, she has advised clients across multiple industries and is known for her expertise in growth strategy, operating model redesign and future workforce strategy, digital transformation, and product/go-to-market strategy. Cara thrives on navigating complex “white space” and helping companies define and execute transformational, data-driven, and people-centric strategies that lie at the intersection of business and technology. She has worked with Fortune 500 and pre-IPO technology companies and leverages her broad functional and industry expertise to collaborate with colleagues across Korn Ferry’s competencies to create client value. Prior to Korn Ferry, Cara was a strategy executive in Accenture’s Strategy & Consulting practice focusing on clients in the Software & Platforms space and has additional experience working in Communications and High Tech. Cara received her M.B.A. from the University of Michigan - Ross School of Business and her B.S. from Bates College. She lives in Seattle with her husband, Ajay, and three young children, Arya, Rishi, and Asha.
