After studying business administration at the University of Cologne, Marcus Meyer worked as HR Manager at the Chemnitz branch of the Treuhandanstalt (Treuhandanstalt), where he was responsible for supporting the managing directors and board members of the former state-owned enterprises (VEB). His subsequent joining of Kienbaum & Partner fulfilled his early career dream of becoming a HR consultant. Further positions in the industry included KornFerry International and Deininger Management Consulting, as well as several years on the "other side of the table" as HR Manager for a logistics service provider. In 2009, he founded MEYER UND SÖHNE and has been President of our international network, the ECI GROUP , since 2019. Marcus Meyer has also been a member of the AESC European Council since then.
