With over 20 years of experience in the maritime industry, Mick has utilized his engineering background in a number of assignments. Mick has worked in U.S. Navy shipyards, sailed commercially on U.S.Flag vessels, held several technical engineering sales roles, and has operational experience as a branch manager, in areas ranging from the United States and Latin America. Mick has the unique distinction of having operational experience with nuclear, slow speed diesel, medium speed diesel, gas turbine, and steam propulsion systems. Mick is a marine engineering systems graduate of the US Merchant Marine Academy, Kings Point and earned a MBA with the University of Florida. Mick has raised his USCG license to 1st assistant engineer, unlimited hp. He is active in both the KP and UF Alumni Associations, and is a member of several community organizations and charities.
