Luc Wouters is Managing Partner of Odgers Berndtson' Brussels office, where he also leads the Financial Services practice (banking and insurance), specialising in senior assignments at Board and C-level. Since joining Odgers Berndtson six years ago, he has broadened his experience to senior executive positions beyond the financial services industry. Previously, Luc served as a Member of the Executive Committee and of the Board of Directors of Deutsche Bank AG and Van Lanschot Bankiers in Belgium. Luc holds a master's degree in Law and a post graduate in Business Administration from the University of Leuven. He was also awarded a one year scholarship in Germany and attended the Advanced Management Program at INSEAD. Fluent in English, Dutch, French and German.
