Since joining Isaacson, Miller in 2008, Jamie has supported and led a wide variety of searches for senior leadership roles in premier academic health science centers, medical schools, and research universities across the country. Placements have included directors, chiefs, chairs, deans, associate deans, and vice presidents. Jamie previously worked with a national recruiting firm conducting searches for government agencies, healthcare organizations, and private sector companies throughout New England. Her industry knowledge has helped her complete more than 50 searches for clients, including Michigan State University, Medical College of Wisconsin, University of Minnesota Medical School, and Virginia Commonwealth University. As a lifelong learner, Jamie is dedicated to staying as nimble and dynamic as the academic medical centers she serves. She believes that leaders who are dedicated to the tripartite mission—clinical care, education, and research—will have a chance to make significant inroads in the ever-changing healthcare landscape.
