Merih, with 25 + years recruitment experience, has been contributing to Turkish Executive Search and Selection and Assessment Centre Markets as one of the pioneers. Merih holds a bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, an MBA from Istanbul University, and a Business Administration Certificate from Yale University. She is currently Managing Partner of Alanyali & Alanyali since 1995, and AIMS International Turkey since 2000. Before founding her consultancy company she held key positions within STFA Construction Company, Yapi Kredi Bank, BNP, UAP Insurance Company American Home and Bell Holding from 1985 to 1995. In 1994, she took part in the establishment of Ecco Turkey, then it became Adecco, within Bell Holding. She has handled various projects at C level / Senior / Mid-Level roles for national and international companies. She was the former Vice President of TUGIAD (Young Businessmen association of Turkey), and JCI Turkey (Junior Chamber of International). She represented TUGIAD at YES Organisation (Young Entrepreneurs for Europe). Currently she is Board Member of IFUW / GWI Turkey, Istanbul Branch ( International Federation of University Woman). And Member of Management Consultants Organization in Turkey. She speaks Turkish and English.
