I am part of a fast pace, dynamic Manufacturing & Operations team within The Redline Group. After achieving success throughout by academic studies in June 2015 I joined what was then a daunting world of permanent technical recruitment. Since then I have enjoyed the success of achieving over 300% of target and continually strive to improve and learn more about my sector. I pride myself on learning as much as I can within my sector allowing me to have engaging conversations with both clients and candidates to best understand their needs and wants. With the help of over 50 consultants I am constantly learning new technical processes and best recruitment practice. I aim to deliver on the highest level of customer service to ensure a successful recruitment experience and enjoy the constantly changing environment of no two days ever being the same.
