Ismay joined Barracuda in November 2018, having graduated from Durham University the prior June with a Masters in Chemistry. Initially a Graduate Researcher, Ismay’s primary role was to source candidates for both Barracuda Search and Barracuda Interim across all functions and levels, both in the UK and internationally. Recently, Ismay’s role has expanded to include client management and candidate interviewing, in addition to her researcher duties. She has delivered on a variety of interim assignments within the FMCG and retail sectors, as well as performing high-profile, global searches for diversified retailers and consumer businesses across the UK, Asia and the US.
