Hi, I'm Cameron! After learning my craft at an international job board, I joined Spencer Clarke Group in early 2019 and I haven’t looked back since. Recruitment is my passion and since joining Spencer Clarke Group, I have already been promoted to Senior Consultant. I currently recruit for schools facility roles in primary, secondary and SEND schools across the Fylde Coast and Cumbria. Working within the education sector is very rewarding. Whilst teaching staff play a vital role in educating children and young people, those working behind the scenes, such as Receptionists and Caretakers, are just as important in the smooth running of a school. Spencer Clarke Group is a great place for me because they go above and beyond to be different and stand out in the market. This mindset has led to incredible growth within the business and as one of the first employees to join the team, I’m proud to have been a big part of their success. In 2025, we were proud to be named Best Temporary Recruitment Agency at the Recruiter Awards. Alongside this, I’m really proud to have been named Culture Champion twice and to have raised over £1500 for our partner, Lancashire MIND, by completing the Great Manchester Run. Outside of work, I’m a big football fan and I support my local team, Preston North End, which definitely has its ups and downs!
