Biography
I work with organisations to support strategic, service, and workforce development especially education and training, funding applications, measuring and evaluating impact, safeguarding, and engagement with stakeholders, beneficiaries and people with lived experience of health and social care issues. I have over 30 years’ management experience working in adult and older people’s mental health, dementia, and mental capacity in both statutory and non-statutory organisations. This ranges from being a chair of trustees, developing and managing national programmes, and running frontline mental health services. Other specialist areas include equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI), rights and equalities in health and social care, arts, heritage and wellbeing, facilitating and chairing consultation and advisory work, and partnership working.
