His ability to connect with others has always been a driver of his effectiveness and success. Most recently, Rob was a principal consultant for a technology and cyber security-focused search firm, supporting his clients’ talent acquisition strategies. Prior to this role, he spent five years as a recruitment consultant leading cyber security, digital transformation, and engineering searches. He also has experience in B2B business development within the construction sector. Rob lives in Brooklyn with his wife, taking advantage of all NYC has to offer, from shows and dinners to parks and museums. As an active member of the community, he volunteers, hosts friends, and participates in several social clubs and organizations. To unwind and re-energize, traveling, reading, music, and hiking are his go-to’s.
