As a Director – Candidate Development, Ralston May assists attorneys and other legal professionals with finding interim, project-based and temp-to-perm roles within law firms and corporations throughout Northern California. As a California native, Ralston can be found at the beach or hiking in the redwoods with his family when not sourcing top talent for MLA. In his spare time, he also enjoys playing soccer and reading.
