Anastasia joined The Bowdoin Group in February of 2021 and comes with 2 years of experience as an executive recruiter. She is involved in supporting many aspects of the delivery and sales process, and has exposure to high growth industries in a team-based, collaborative environment. She is reporting and analyzing ownership for C-level searches and projects by understanding the search strategy, talent pipeline development, key market insights, and compensation trends. Anastasia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Global Business from Eastern Nazarene College. In her free time, she enjoys coaching women’s collegiate soccer, snowboarding, and exploring the great city of Boston.
