Jack is an Associate in Ferguson Partners’ Chicago office and supports the firm’s Executive/Board Search practice. Jack’s consultative approach to recruitment helps clients align top talent with their overall business strategies. Prior to joining Ferguson Partners, Jack worked as a recruitment consultant at Real Life Sciences. Jack was responsible for the full life cycle recruitment process on behalf of leading pharmaceutical and medical device manufactures throughout the Midwest region. Jack earned his Bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University. Outside of work, Jack enjoys playing hockey, reading, and spending time with his family and friends.
