Christophe Rodaer is a seasoned executive search professional. He brings a broad sector experience, with majority of the searches conducted for customers in TMT, FinTech and Financial Services. Regional scope of activities is in the Benelux and across EMEA. Over the years he has also set up new businesses and ventures in financial services. Before setting up his own business, he was one of the Practice Leaders Advanced Technologies for the global search firm Nicholson International (1999-2002), where he started the Benelux research activities from scratch. He obtained a master degree in Economics and Insurance. With French mother tongue he speaks fluent English and Dutch.
