Nicole Yu is a Consultant at Pedersen & Partners, based in Shanghai, China. Ms. Yu has more than 12 years of Executive Search and consulting experience, primarily in the Consumer & Retail and Industrial segments with domain expertise across supply chain and commercial in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, she led the Shanghai office of a boutique Executive Search firm. Ms. Yu commenced her career in the United States working with law firms focused on IP issues for international clients. Ms. Yu holds a B.A. in International Trade from Chung-Hua University and an M.A. in International Business from Webster University in the U.S. She speaks fluent English and native Mandarin.
