Jos was born and raised in The Netherlands and began his career as Manager HR in one of the largest retail companies in The Netherlands. He worked almost 40 years in several HR positions and was HR Director in Vroom & Dreesmann and Worldline. He holds a BA in Legal, a BA in Teaching, and a BA in HRM from the Fontys University of applied science in Eindhoven. The combination of Economics, Legal, and HRM ultimately culminated in a career in HR, and he was elected to the top 100 Human Resources professionals in The Netherlands and ranked in the top 10. After 40 years in HR and the last 15 years as HR Director for Worldline, the largest payment company in Europe, he started as a partner of N2Growth in 2022.
