After beginning his career as an engineer with France Telecom and Bureau Veritas, Benoit transitioned into the field of executive search in 2004. In 2009, he joined a leading French head hunting company, where he quickly rose to become a partner. Driven by his belief in the importance of strengthening international reach in executive search, Benoit co-founded Opera International in 2024. Fluent in English, Benoit has successfully led numerous international assignments across Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic, Japan, the USA, Iran, Jordan, Côte d’Ivoire, and beyond.
