Nicola is responsible for executive appointments within fashion recruitment across design, development, buying and merchandising both in the UK and internationally. She joined Michael Page in 2007 and during her early recruitment career was a specialist fashion consultant and founder member of Michael Page Buying & Merchandising and Michael Page Design & Development. Nicola has recruited leaders and specialists across a range of functions within the fashion sector, both in the UK and internationally. Prior to a career in recruitment, Nicola worked in management and HR roles within retail.
