Zoe Markell

Zoe moved from Twickenham, London to Sydney in 2017, intending to stay for a year — but fell in love with Australia.

After building a change management desk at another firm, she joined TOM in 2021.

Zoe recruits Change Analysts up to Heads of Change across industries from financial services to media and government.

She’s known for making candidates feel informed, prepared, and supported throughout the recruitment process.

Personally, Zoe is an adventure addict — often hiking, surfing, or road-tripping the South Coast.

If Zoe could spend a year learning a new skill, it would be: mastering investing, Bitcoin, stock markets, and property — skills she wishes were taught at school!
