Kevin joined CSG’s Perth office in 2021 to manage the recruitment of mining technical services. His remit focuses primarily on the Western Australian mining market where he partners with mid-tier mining organisations to source mining engineers in planning and production, geotechnical engineers and surveyors. In addition, Kevin works with the executive and senior management teams to recruit for technical corporate positions. Kevin has over two decades’ experience as a recruiter, starting his career in technology recruitment in London before relocating to Western Australia in 2012. Here, he developed a keen interest in the mining sector given Western Australia’s prominence as a mining city. By residing in Perth, Kevin is able to build stronger relationships with his clients and candidates on the ground. Kevin is passionate about bringing professionals together and driving positive change in organisations through the hire of exceptional talent. He emphasises relationship building above all, ensuring that he fully understands not only the scope of a role, but also how new recruits will align with the values of the company. As well as this, Kevin is adept at supporting families to relocate and has, on many occasions, secured roles for candidates’ family members.
