Group Director for Mercuri Urval, based in Finland, Niklas focuses on strategic level Executive Search and Leadership Advisory, mainly for international corporations. Besides his own client work, Niklas leads a team in Finland and is business area responsible for Mercuri Urval China. He also carries responsibility over Mercuri Urval business development in the APAC region. Through these responsibilities Niklas is a member of the Leadership Teams in Finland and APAC. Niklas holds a MSc in Economics and Business Administration, majoring in International Business and minoring in Management and Organisation. Having studied also in Malaysia and the United States, Niklas speaks fluent English and understands how cultural differences need to be taken into account in cross boarder cooperation. Niklas is also an ICF certified coach.
