I was born and grew up in Germany before moving to New Zealand in 2008. I studied architecture at Victoria University and after graduating, I was not convinced that it was the career for me. After having had many chats with family and friends about other career opportunities, I quite liked the idea of recruitment and being able to help people throughout their careers. Thankfully, my brother who was a consultant at Find when I started was able to give me all the insight I needed to realise that this was the opportunity I was looking for. Fast forward to now, being a Recruitment Consultant here at Find has been an amazing journey where I have met many wonderful and different people. It has been so much fun helping candidates take the next step in their careers and helping clients find the right candidates for their roles.
