Imke Rodríguez Messmer is a Managing Partner at Diamond Robertson Associates in Madrid. Specializing in Financial Services, Private Equity, Industrial Sectors and Life-Sciences, Imke benefits from over two decades of international search experience in Germany, Spain, the UK and the US. Before joining Robertson Associates, she was a Managing Partner at her own executive search boutique. Prior to this, she worked in the Financial Services practices of Odgers Berndtson, Hudson and Alexander Mann, in Spain and Germany. In the early part of her career she worked in various search firms specialising in financial services in Frankfurt, London and Amsterdam. Imke is a Board Member of a Fund investing in start-ups in Fintech, Healthcare , Energy and Mobility. She studied Economics and Business Administration at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and she holds a Masters degree in Active Coaching Techniques.
