Diane is a Director in Kreischer Miller’s Audit & Accounting group. Diane has a wide range of experience providing audit and accounting services to a variety of businesses, including manufacturers, distributors, and professional service companies. Diane also provides audit services to defined contribution plans, defined benefit plans and ESOPs. She works with small single employer plans to large corporations with multiple types of plans. Diane joined Kreischer Miller in 2021. Prior to working for Kreischer Miller, Diane was a Senior Manager at Arthur Andersen LLP in Philadelphia and a Partner at Smart & Associates LLP in Devon, PA. Her responsibilities at both firms included providing accounting and audit services to privately-held manufacturing companies, professional services firms, and employee benefit plans. Diane also has accounting experience in the private sector as the Director of Accounting with American Meter Company, a privately-held manufacturing company. Additionally, she served as the Chief Financial Officer at David Michael & Co., Inc., a family-owned manufacturing company, and Weber Gallagher, a Philadelphia-based law firm.
