Since graduating from University in Business & Finance, Rachael built a successful recruitment career in London and the Thames Valley and has been working in recruitment since 2002. Her career started with a high-profile business support agency across both temporary and permanent divisions. Over the years, she has worked with international and boutique agencies, specialising in corporate functions including HR and Finance. She has expansive experience in partnering with clients and offering recruitment solutions including contingent & retained search, managed outsourced services and RPO.
