Daniel is Partner and Co-Founder at Morgan Philips Executive Search, having joined the company's German branch in 2014. Since more than 12 years, he works across all industries in executive search and leadership consulting for challenging hires and projects. Daniel has a diverse educational background, studying mechanical engineering in both Germany and Spain, and obtaining an MBA in General Management. Additionally, he's certified as an Executive Coach from Henley Business School and has received leadership education in Strategy from Harvard Business School. With an international background, he lived in Spain for two years and speaks six languages fluently.
